Once your enquiry is accepted and your first payment is made, your space will be secured and onboarding will begin.
You’ll receive a short onboarding form where we gather everything we need about your business, brand and content preferences.

During onboarding, we’ll cover:

– your brand style and aesthetic
– content preferences and goals
– any existing content or assets
This allows us to fully understand your brand and create content that feels aligned from the start
CONTENT PLANNING
From there, we’ll plan your content direction and create a structured approach for your page.
You’ll receive a weekly feed layout mockup so you can see how everything will look before anything is posted.
CONTENT CREATION
All content is then designed and created for you, tailored to your brand and overall aesthetic.
Captions, hashtags and posting strategy are all handled, so you don’t have to think about what to say or when to post.
SCHEDULING & POSTING
Once approved, your content will be scheduled and posted for you.
Your page will stay consistent, active and aligned without you needing to manage it day to day.
ONGOING SUPPORT
Throughout the month, we’ll continue to manage your content, keep everything cohesive and make adjustments where needed.
You’ll also receive a monthly analytics summary to track performance and growth, as well as 24/7 whatsapp support
