Studio Policy

Payments and Refunds

All payments are final and non refundable.

The only exception is if Bella’s Branding Studio is unable to proceed with your booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Late Fees and Rebooking

If a client misses their scheduled booking date, a rebooking fee of 50 percent of the total service cost is required to secure a new slot.

If the rebooking fee is not paid, the original booking will be cancelled, payment will not be refunded, and any designs in progress will be removed.

If client communication delays cause a project to extend beyond the agreed timeframe, a rebooking fee will also apply to continue the project on a new date.

Communication and Conduct

Bella’s Branding Studio is committed to maintaining respectful and professional communication.

We reserve the right to discontinue communication if:

  • Repeated enquiries are made without proceeding to a booking
  • Payment terms are agreed but payment is not completed
  • Payments are missed on more than two occasions

Any communication that is disrespectful, patronising, or unkind will result in immediate termination of the design process.

Proofing and Approval

Clients are fully responsible for reviewing and approving all designs before final confirmation.

This includes checking spelling, punctuation, grammar, and layout. Corrections requested after approval may incur an additional fee.

Design Usage and Licensing

Designs and individual design elements may only be used as provided in the final approved files.

Individual elements may not be extracted or reused separately. All designs are licensed for use as delivered by Bella’s Branding Studio.

We use royalty free imagery. These images are not suitable for trademark purposes.

If you plan to trademark your design, this must be discussed before booking. Bella’s Branding Studio is not responsible for trademark issues if this has not been raised in advance.

Colour Disclaimer

Colour variations may occur between digital designs and printed materials due to differences in screen display and printing processes.

Bella’s Branding Studio is not responsible for colour discrepancies between digital files and final printed results.

File Storage and Access

Logo files, price lists, and card designs are stored for six months.

All other branding assets are stored for one week after transfer.

Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up files immediately. Once files are deleted, they cannot be retrieved.

Requests to resend files after seven days will incur a five pound fee. Recreation of lost files may incur additional charges.

Marketing Usage

Bella’s Branding Studio reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, on social media, and across marketing platforms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Logo Brief Requirements

To create the best possible result, clients must submit a written logo brief.

Bella’s Branding Studio does not replicate existing designs, recreate logos from other designers, or edit existing logos.

If you already have a logo, it may be used for social branding, but changes cannot be made to it.

For clear communication, voice notes are not accepted for logo briefs. All details must be provided in writing.

Booking and Payment Terms

Full payment is required to secure a booking date once the brief has been discussed.

Payment must be completed within 24 hours of booking confirmation. If payment is not received, the booking will be forfeited and the date may be offered to another client.

Working Hours and Availability

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 5:00pm UK time.

Weekend bookings may be arranged for an additional fee if weekday availability is not possible.
