When you book with Bella’s Branding Studio, you are securing a dedicated project start date, not a same day delivery service. This date is reserved exclusively for your business and marks the beginning of the design process.
Branding is developed thoughtfully over time to ensure the final result is aligned, intentional, and built to support your business long term.
Your Booking Date
Your booking date is the day we begin working closely with you.
On this date, we:
- Review your completed brief and submitted materials
- Confirm creative direction and scope
- Begin the design process based on your agreed brief
Designs are not completed on the booking date. Turnaround times vary depending on the service booked and will be confirmed in advance.
To ensure the process runs smoothly, clients must be available for communication on their booking date.
Design Timeline
Each project follows a structured timeline based on the service selected.
As a general guide:
- Logo design projects are completed over several weeks
- Full branding projects follow a longer, phased timeline
If a bespoke logo is booked alongside other services or as part of a branding package, the logo must be approved before additional design work can begin.
Our timelines are designed to prioritise quality and clarity rather than rushed results.
Client Responsibilities
To keep projects on schedule, clients are required to:
- Submit all requested materials on time
- Provide written content in a typed format where applicable
- Respond to communication within agreed timeframes
Delays in communication or missing materials may result in the project being paused and rescheduled.
Revisions and Feedback
Clients will receive initial logo concepts to review. Minor adjustments are included. Requests outside the original brief or excessive revisions may incur additional fees.
Clear and timely feedback helps ensure projects remain within the agreed timeframe.
Missed Bookings and Rescheduling
Booking dates are reserved exclusively for each client.
If a client misses their booking date or is unavailable for communication, a rebooking fee of 50 percent of the total service cost will be required to secure a new date.
If communication delays extend a project beyond the booked timeframe, the same rebooking fee will apply.
